Engineered Profiles, a leader in plastics manufacturing, is looking for Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join their team in Columbus, OH.

  • Perform troubleshooting operations to diagnose the condition of facilities, equipment and machinery and takes necessary action to affect repairs and/or adjustments
  • Make set ups and adjustments on production equipment
  • Perform a wide variety of maintenance, testing, inspection and repair functions
  • Safe repair of equipment and ensuring that operating equipment will not injure employees or damage equipment
  • Entering in hours in a CMMS system every day and signing out inventory to work orders
  • Use a Voltmeter to understand AC-DC voltage, current, and resistance
  • Change motors and read wiring diagrams
  • Align motor couplings sprockets and pulleys
  • Change drive chains and adjust use chain breaks and different chain links etc.
  • Test Fuses
  • Read electrical and mechanical prints blueprints
