Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant who will
deliver high-quality implementation services for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the
implementation process, ensuring effective communication
Document customer requirements, project goals, and success criteria
while managing end-to-end project delivery
Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and
contributing to best practices for implementations
Required Qualifications
2+ years' experience with customer-facing enterprise software or
SaaS implementations
Experience with data migration and integration
Basic understanding of programming fundamentals
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile,
Waterfall)
Preferred: PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management
certifications
