Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Relationship Coordinator
(remote in the US).
Key Responsibilities
Manage external communication for the technology solutions
business, ensuring consistent messaging throughout the customer
lifecycle
Engage with prospects and customers from lead development to
product implementation
Facilitate the project proposal process and monitor the potential
customer pipeline
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in communications,
business, science, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in administration, customer relations,
and/or sales
Proven expertise in sales operations
Strong data analysis skills for working with sales and marketing
data
High degree of comfort with scientific and technological topics
