At Randstad, we are growing our Skilled Trades Practice and seeking an -Account Manager -who thrives on building relationships, hunting for new business, and driving results. We're looking for someone -comfortable with hunting for new business, eager to build and expand relationships with new and existing clients. What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute a successful -territory business development plan.
• Identify and cultivate prospects who can benefit from Randstad's services.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and place top-tier talent -in manufacturing, logistics, and construction roles.
• Cold call, prospect, and hunt -for new business opportunities to grow your portfolio.
• Meet with clients to diagnose their human capital needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Use a blend of technology and personal touch to manage your accounts and documentation.
• Negotiate pricing to ensure -maximum return -on quality solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that delights both clients and talent. What You Need to Bring:
  • Proven sales success -in qualifying and closing business.
  • A strong track record in -cold calling and new business development.
  • 2+ years of experience in staffing -(preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or construction sectors).
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Ability to meet sales goals and manage performance metrics.
  • Highly accountable, team-oriented approach with -serious ambition -to make things happen.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but experience is key.
  • Proficiency in using multiple systems, MS Excel, Google mail, and calendaring tools.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
