A company is looking for a Head of 1LOD Client Due
Diligence.
Key Responsibilities
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team focused on due
diligence
Develop and maintain comprehensive policies and procedures for
client due diligence
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage financial
crime risks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a
related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in financial services, focusing
on due diligence or compliance
At least 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role
Strong understanding of BSA/AML, KYC, and financial crime
regulations
Experience with due diligence tools and technologies
