Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Relations Representative
responsible for generating sales and developing customer
referrals.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with current clients to
generate additional sales
Maintain regular communication with customers through various
channels to ensure customer satisfaction and generate new leads
Coordinate the administration of new lease/sales contracts and
manage customer transactions from start to finish
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Two years of related experience and/or training
Strong digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft
Suite
Ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting for extended
periods and handling office equipment
Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and
responsibilities
