A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Estate Planning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team in addressing sophisticated trust and estate planning
needs for high net-worth individuals and business owners
Collaborate with various stakeholders to determine company
valuations, conduct deed research, and analyze cash flow
Serve as a primary contact for successful client plan
implementation and manage professional relationships
Required Qualifications
10+ years of professional experience in trust, estate planning,
probate, and fiduciary matters
Experience with passthrough entities, entity selection, and
reorganization
Understanding of transaction modeling, cash flow planning, and tax
reporting requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to review legal documents for proper implementation of
ideas
