Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Broker Contractor to lead
and grow a team of licensed real estate agents remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and support agents on compliance, contracts, risk
management, and state regulations
Implement and refine policies to ensure best practices and
operational efficiency
Proactively recruit top-producing agents by showcasing technology,
marketing, and growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in real estate, sales, or brokerage
operations
Proven ability to recruit, influence, and lead high-performing
agents
Strong interpersonal skills and strategic mindset
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced
environment
