Job Description:
A company is looking for a Fitness Contract Services
Representative II to join their Fitness Network Management
department.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve fitness inquiries received via the Fitness
Contract Services queue
Assist fitness center staff with questions regarding participation
requirements and contractual issues
Document escalated issues and maintain follow-up for appropriate
resolution
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent preferred; high school diploma
required if no degree
Minimum three years of progressive customer service experience
Managed care or healthcare experience preferred
Proficient in MS Office, including word processing and spreadsheet
applications
