Marketing Coordinator

Adecco is currently assisting a trendy, established and well-known fashion/retail client in their search for an experienced Marketing Coordinator in Columbus, OH. This position is a temporary job opportunity- ending on or around May 31st, 2015. The Marketing Coordinator will be involved in the store function helping coordinate details as it relates to in store signage, offers, promos, and direct mail. Responsibilities for the Marketing Coordinator include but are not limited to the following:

•Responsible for submitting MRFs for all in season promotional newsstands and snipes & request appropriate photography/retouching for signage when needed

•CRM Strategy Support

•Coordinate seasonal print projects to ensure consistent strategy, look & feel (i.e. future seasonal in store signage look & feel, Gift Cards, packaging)

•Coordinate partnership with Learning & Development to ensure tools are consistent and leverage each others learns for optimal customer experience (both internal & external customers)

•Responsible for updating PINK Marketing Calendars updates and communication to VSL/Canada partners

•Assist with presentations, hindsights, etc. based on PINK Operations Calendar and timelines

•Create Marketing Strategy agendas; work with Creative & Visual Ops to maximize meeting efficiency, attendees, etc.

•Assist with presentations, hindsights, etc. based on PINK Operations Calendar and timelines

Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

•1-2 years? experience in the marketing field

•Bachelor?s Degree required or equivalent experience

•Proficiency in Project, PowerPoint and Excel

•Excellent communication and writing skills

•Team player

Pay for this position is based on experience. This is a temporary opportunity ending on or around May 31st, 2015.
