Job Description:
A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to
support the migration of their Human Capital Management system to
Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the migration from People Pro/Kronos WFR to Oracle Fusion HCM
Cloud
Configure various Oracle HCM Cloud modules and support the full
implementation lifecycle
Provide training and support for system users during and after
implementation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; HR focus
preferred
8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations and data
migration
Expertise in configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR,
Payroll, and Benefits
Strong understanding of HR processes and system integrations
Proven project management skills and knowledge of change management
principles
