Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Business Analyst to
analyze data and improve call center performance and member
experience.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret engagement data and analyze trends to identify
inefficiencies in the contact center
Develop journey maps and create dashboards to track member
progression and evaluate initiatives
Collaborate with teams to identify process improvements and enhance
call center efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related
field
3+ years of experience in data analysis or business analysis
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau,
Power BI) and Microsoft PowerPoint
Experience with call center operations and member experience
programs is a plus
Authorized to work in the United States without the need for
sponsorship
