100% Onsite Role

As a Production Supervisor, you will:

Responsible for a variety of laboratory operations in quality control and research settings. In the QC team, you will support a team of technicians in the pursuit of sample validation, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. This team member will be a model performer, a facilitator for the technicians, and a driver of strategic initiatives at the laboratory level.

Key Responsibilities:
--- Execute day-to-day allocation of resourcing amongst the QC team
--- Identify the requirements for support of cross functional groups
--- Facilitate and support RCA activities
--- Identify and scope improvement opportunities in the process
--- Collaborate with fellow lab leads to scope opportunities amongst different work areas
--- Lead daily meetings with technicians
--- Acknowledge and facilitate fulfillment of the needs of the technicians, the QC team, and the physical resourcing of the lab.
--- Support the achievement of strategic goals
--- Understand, support, and maintain Delaware's Quality Management System requirements
--- Maintain and complete a personal and team development plan
--- Support and provide input on Departmental X matrix action items as assigned

Qualifications:
--- Bachelor's degree required
--- Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering preferred
--- At least 2 years of academic or professional experience in a laboratory setting
--- Experience in people leadership preferred
--- Ability to work additional overtime as determined by team, business, and project needs

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $25.00- $30.00 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
