Job Description:
A company is looking for an Advisor Business Analyst - Contact
Center.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate workstreams and teams on IT projects to align solutions
with client business priorities
Act as a Contact Center SME and liaison for clients and internal
teams to translate requirements into actionable results
Delegate tasks and coach project team members to enhance complex
business processes
Required Qualifications and Education
Nine or more years of experience as a business analyst, with three
or more years in Health and Human Services preferred
Three or more years of experience with Contact Center
software/solutions, preferably AWS Connect
Knowledge of advanced Microsoft Excel features and relational
database software
Experience in business process re-engineering
Strong leadership skills to motivate and coach team members
