member of the Outbound Logistics Team, you support our Retail
Stores and Ecom guests by partnering with DC teams and
transportation vendors to meet their specific requirements. This
role is responsible for ensuring that all movement of product is
performed to schedule. They provide updates and recommendations
regarding timely product delivery, shipment accuracy, and cost
control. A Logistics Specialist provides consultation to Stores,
Store Ops, Distribution and Store Support Center Partners
(Merchandising, Allocation, and Finance). They coordinate with
cross-functional teams inside and outside our company to
successfully meet by whens, SLA's, and department expectations.
They implement tactical operational strategies, course corrects for
planned and unforeseen events and provide timely communication to
teams. a day in the life
- Monitors the transportation flow of all Retail Orders from the
Distribution Centers and Vendors to the Store Locations.
- Directs 3PL facilities in all store-related deliveries
regarding delivery schedules, carton caps and any special services
or requirements for Top Volume locations.
- Support and coordinate with DC, Ecom, and vendor teams to
ensure domestic and cross border Ecom orders meet our guest
SLA's.
- Work closely with Allocation Planning, Merchandising &
Inventory Control in the prioritization and tracking of Retail
allocations.
- Monitor DC ship dates and transit time of all Retail orders on
a daily basis.
- Identify opportunities to improve utilization of existing
distribution infrastructure.
- Participate in root cause analysis to identify and resolve
challenges.
- Perform due diligence reviews to develop business cases for
initiatives to reduce cost and improve Customer Service.
- Support the Retail Operations team and Retail Stores in all
Special Projects & Logistical related matters; New Store Openings,
Transfers & Returns.
- Support export shipments.qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years related experience in Logistics or
Outbound Operations; or equivalent combination of education and
experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of transportation tracking systems.
- Proficiency with MS Office platform (Access, Excel, Project,
Word, PowerPoint) and Database Management. Advanced Excel skills
are a plus.
- Effectively works independently and with minimal
direction.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze and recommend warehouse and transportation
performance enhancements and/or cost improvements.
- Flexible and adaptable with schedule which could include
nights, working required holidays, some weekends with occasional
after-hours requirements and overtime.must haves

compensation and benefits package lululemon's compensation
offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that
recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical
hiring range for this position is from $63,900 - $83,900 annually;
the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary
depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and
internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent
employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive
annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
