Job Description
Cintas is currently looking for a Business Analyst Level 3 for the
Customer Channels team within IT. The Business Analyst Level 3 is
responsible for: collaborating with business partners within one or
more business functions to align technology solutions with business
strategies; demonstrating an in depth knowledge of a business area,
in the context of the business client's function, to identify and
communicate how IT solutions can assist; supporting one or more
highly complex business processes, requiring design or integration
of technical solutions that may cross multiple functions of the
business; serving as a project team member or leader; leading the
collection, analysis, documentation, and coordination of a client's
business requirements; and maintaining a high level of functional
competency regarding the standard configuration of the SAP
Commerce/Hybris application by staying abreast of new trends,
future enhancements and leveraging best practices.
