Genesis10 is seeking a Project Coordinator for an on-site contract position with a leading client in Columbus, OH. This role pays $52 /hour W2 based on experience.

The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.

Job Duties: This position will support the leadership team by managing the initiative schedule, preparing sprint cycles, managing the control log (risk/issues, action items, decisions, and questions), scheduling meetings with the support of executive secretaries, and general assistance for the initiative leadership team.
The project coordinator will work closely with the project manager, initiative leadership, change network strategist, and the EPMO.
We are seeking an experienced project coordinator who can help the team organize the project deliverables using Smartsheets.
Monitor the control log (risk/issues, action items, decisions, and questions) watching for new information and reporting out outstanding items.
Assist the team in scheduling the bi-weekly sprint cycles.


Requirements: The successful candidate must have experience managing a schedule in Smartsheets, monitoring and adjusting the schedule to changing needs
Smartsheet experience working within a workspace as an admin maintaining and building: Dashboards, Reports, Sheets, and intake forms.
Managing a schedule in Smartsheets following basic schedule management practices (task, durations, predecessors, assignments, resource balancing, crit
Risk and issue management based on PMBOK
Change management based on PMBOK
Executive-level communication skills in written and verbal
Meeting scheduling in Outlook
Teams experience
WebEx experience
