Schedule:

---Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Compensation:

---$40-$50/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Intervention Specialist for a full-time position in Westerville, OH during the 2023-2024 school year. This role involves teaching a 6th-8th grade classroom with approximately 8 students who have behavioral disabilities.

As an Intervention Specialist, you will:

---Provide students with learning activities and experiences tailored to their intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth.

---Develop or modify curriculum and instructional materials to match student ability levels.

---Deliver direct support services to students with behavioral disabilities.

Qualifications

Required:

---Prior teaching experience.

---Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or special education.

---Valid Mild/Moderate Intervention Specialist License in Ohio.

Preferred:

---Additional experience working with students with behavioral disabilities.

Licenses/Education

---Ohio Department of Education (ODE) Mild/Moderate Intervention Specialist License.

Disqualifiers:

---Applicants without an Intervention Specialist License.
