Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Analysis Supervisor to oversee
data analysts and statisticians in performing complex analyses for
Medicare and Medicaid benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate data analysis activities for internal and external
stakeholders, including law enforcement and CMS
Conduct proactive studies to identify fraud, waste, and abuse in
Medicare and Medicaid programs
Hire, supervise, and provide guidance for the data analysis unit
while ensuring compliance with established procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Math, Statistics, or a related field;
preference for post-graduate work
Minimum two years of experience in Data Analysis or one year with
an advanced degree in a related field
Knowledge of Medicare and/or Medicaid claims processing and
reimbursement
Experience with data analysis tools, including SAS, is
preferred
Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities
effectively
