Job Description:
A company is looking for a Resale Listing Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with owners seeking to resell their shares and act as the
main point of contact throughout the resale process
Evaluate seller expectations around projected resale timelines and
provide share pricing recommendations based on market trends
Negotiate with potential buyers and facilitate the acceptance of
offers, ensuring all necessary paperwork is coordinated
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in Real Estate
Track record of over-achieving sales targets
Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
BA or college degree preferred
Able to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a virtual
environment
