A company is looking for a Coding Educator.

Key Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to improve provider documentation and create tailored education plans
Review medical records and arrange educational sessions with providers for quality improvement
Make independent decisions regarding work methods and follow established guidelines

Required Qualifications

AAPC or AHIMA Coding Certification
2+ years of recent medical record review knowledge
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with Adobe Acrobat
Presentation skills including public speaking and interaction with providers
