Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Relations Specialist I to
serve as the first point of contact for certification
applicants.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 technical support and assist clients with the
certification process
Deliver professional responses to inquiries and help clients
maximize their certification benefits
Utilize CRM tools to manage client requests and ensure compliance
with standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications
Experience using Salesforce and other cloud-based solutions
Experience in a customer support role interacting with clients
Proven ability to manage a high volume of time-sensitive client
requests
Strong organizational skills and efficiency in task management
Adept at basic internet research and data entry
