Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of 1LOD Client Due
Diligence.
Key Responsibilities
Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on
due diligence
Develop and implement comprehensive policies and procedures for
commercial client due diligence
Ensure compliance with US and international regulations while
identifying potential financial crime risks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a
related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in financial services, focusing
on commercial client due diligence
Minimum of 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role
Strong understanding of BSA/AML, KYC, and other financial crime
regulations
Experience with due diligence tools and technologies
