Key Responsibilities
Answers calls efficiently for multiple areas, ensuring accurate
responses to customer inquiries
Schedules patient appointments in electronic systems, prioritizing
health concerns and providing necessary information
Captures customer information and documents messages for clinic
staff and providers
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1 year of relevant work experience
Fundamental awareness of customer service and patient
scheduling
Basic knowledge of call center etiquette
Ability to handle patient or provider calls professionally
