  • MRI Technician position at Mount Carmel East, Columbus, Ohio.
  • Schedule: Tue-Wed-Thur-Fri 9am-7:30pm.
  • Contract length: 13 weeks.
    • Job Requirements
    • BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel.
    • License/Certificate Verification must be dated within 30 days of start.
    • Fit Test required before start.
    • Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen must be completed within 30 days of start date.
    • Trinity Code of Conduct Form must be signed and on file.
    • Trinity I9 must be completed by the agency.
    • Trinity Confidentiality of Patient and Proprietary Information Agreement must be signed and on file.
    • Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form must be completed.
    • Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing must be completed within a year.
    • Trinity Color Vision test required.
    • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) required.
    • Trinity Specific Covid Questionnaire must be completed.
    • Trinity Skills Checklist required for clinical contractors.
