Job Description:
A company is looking for a Resource Specialist to support
independent marketplace contractors and analyze performance
metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Provide real-time chat support to contractors during service
Host one-on-one and group sessions to enhance contractor
performance and knowledge
Review performance data and communicate client changes to
contractors
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Ability to provide constructive feedback to agents
Strong decision-making skills
Ability to work independently
