Job Description:
A company is looking for an Absence Customer Experience
Specialist in Nevada.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and adjust Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), State, ADA,
and company leaves per guidelines
Handle a high volume of incoming calls professionally and provide
timely follow-up via phone and email
Maintain accurate documentation of leaves and meet performance
metrics and quality goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Degree or equivalent
required
1-3 years of Customer Service experience required
Call Center experience preferred
Experience in employee benefits administration and/or FMLA
administration is a plus
High-speed internet and a professional workspace free from
distractions required
