Job Description:
A company is looking for a Services Engagement Advisor for a
contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between Services departments, Sales departments,
and clients to support service delivery
Inspect and report on Sales pipeline to aid in services forecast
and resource fulfillment
Provide full life-cycle Engagement Management for select customers
and manage financial documents
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
5 years of relevant professional experience
Experience with Professional Services Automation tools is
preferred
Experience implementing process improvement projects is
preferred
