Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Referral Specialist to manage
authorization data and ensure compliance within the medical
management system.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and ensure accurate entry of authorization/referral requests
into the medical management system
Identify discrepancies and maintain compliance with quality
standards
Process referrals and authorization requests while adhering to
HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D
2+ years of experience in a healthcare customer service
environment
Experience with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of medical terminology
Managed Care and TRICARE experience
