Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to
support customers and agents with insurance inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with
legal requirements
Respond to inquiries related to insurance matters and resolve
moderately complex issues
Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues for
further resolution
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call
center environment
Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple
systems simultaneously
Property and Casualty license may be required, with licensing exam
to be obtained within designated attempts
Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
