A company is looking for a Help Desk Support Associate -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide knowledgeable responses to basic client questions and
escalate complex cases as needed
Resolve client problems, update account history, and follow up to
confirm resolution
Collaborate with team members and recommend changes to improve
inquiry processing efficiency
Required Qualifications
2 or more years of customer service experience in any industry
Knowledge of basic help desk software, computer software, and
Microsoft Office applications
Ability to understand team roles and consult appropriate
stakeholders for issue resolution
