Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Analysis Supervisor to oversee
and develop a team of data analysts and statisticians in a remote
setting.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate data analysis and statistical analysis activities for
internal and external stakeholders
Conduct proactive studies to identify fraud, waste, and abuse in
Medicare and Medicaid programs
Supervise data analysts and ensure compliance with established
procedures and reporting requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Math, Statistics, or a related field;
preference for post-graduate work
Minimum two years' experience in Data Analysis or one year with an
advanced degree
Knowledge of Medicare and/or Medicaid claims processing and
reimbursement
Experience with data analysis tools, preferably SAS
Strong leadership and organizational skills
