Job Description:
A company is looking for an Intake Coordinator to join their
Clinical Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage new patient inquiries and intakes
Schedule and conduct intake calls with families and assess
suitability for treatment
Track intake data and provide reports on progress towards
organizational goals
Required Qualifications
Experience in patient-facing roles
Familiarity with the psychology or mental healthcare field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with electronic health
record systems
Willingness to work afternoon/evening hours (Eastern Standard Time)
three days a week
Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
