Job Description:

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate to identify and build blockchain solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate acquisition and strategic partnership opportunities
Build relationships with blockchain founders and industry leaders
Lead pre-transaction diligence efforts and assess potential risks and synergies in transactions

Required Qualifications

5 years of experience, with 2 years in crypto native companies
Relevant experience in M&A or investments, having led at least one negotiation or deal end to end
Bachelor's degree
