Onsite Role- Performance Testing Lead Location- Phoenix AZ Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience.
• * Performance testing knowledge using JMeter tool.
• * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and present findings to senior management.
• * Ability to develop and execute performance test plans and analyze test results.
• * At least 5 years of experience in performance testing and a solid background in software development. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • * Work with the different stakeholders leads to identify projects/releases critical for performance and create pipeline.
  • * Deliver performance testing services for the projects across LOB & adhering to the standards
  • * Participate in scrum ceremonies and other meetings.
  • * Work very closely with business and project team to understand the user stories & NFRs
  • * Deliver performance test plan
  • * Design performance scripts as per the user stories using JMeter tool
  • * Execute the planned performance tests
  • * Raise and triage defects & status Reporting Must have Skills:
    • Performance Testing, Jmeter, Loadrunner Work Authorization
      • Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.) Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $96,000 - $112,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
