Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Helpdesk Representative to
provide support for bank clients with their commercial credit card
programs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and
chat
Troubleshoot client issues and determine appropriate
resolutions
Collaborate with account management teams to ensure client
satisfaction
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Two to three years of experience as a help desk representative over
the phone
General knowledge of telecommunications equipment and systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
applications
