Job Description
Cintas is seeking an Associate Technical Designer. Responsibilities
include measuring and preparing samples for fit sessions to ensure
an organized fitting and accurate data gathering; organizing all
aspects of the fit sssions (including participant scheduling and
survey generation); creating technical sketches for tech packages
and construction reviews; communicating with Design and Technical
Design on project requirements to meet customer deadlines;
developing accurate tech packages and patterns for specific rental
products; reviewing samples against established standards and
proposing approval verdicts for production; assisting with customer
research and fit trials; managing the organization of fit,
production, competitor and retail samples; supporting Cintas
Sourcing efforts with re-sourced product reviews; participate in
customer visits, photo shoots, wear trials and sales training.
