Job Description:
A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty member in Human
Resource Management to teach remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Engage students through frequent interaction and motivate them to
succeed
Guide students in collaborative and project-based learning
demonstrations
Provide constructive feedback on student work and suggest
curricular improvements
Required Qualifications
A terminal degree in Human Resources Management or related field
from an accredited institution
Professional experience in a related field
SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
Experience teaching adult learners online in higher education is
strongly preferred
Completion of a two-week new faculty orientation is required upon
hire
