Job Description:
A company is looking for a Swahili Transcription Team Manager to
oversee a team of transcribers and manage transcription projects
remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor team progress and ensure timely project completion
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training transcribers
Provide invoices and support for troubleshooting issues reported by
transcribers
Required Qualifications
Full proficiency in the Swahili language
Professional experience in Linguistics, Translation, Transcription,
or localization
Proficiency in computer and internet skills, including Microsoft
Applications and G Suite
Ability to onboard within two weeks
Experience using Upwork is preferred
