Scope of work:

• Cross Credentialed at two facilities
• Bread & butter cases
• Regional blocks
  
• EMR - EPIC Requirements:
  
  • COVID-19 vaccination required
  • OH license
  • DEA - must have OH address or be willing to change to OH address
  • ACLS/BLS
  • Board certification
  • Case logs
