Heritage is seeking a *full time *Occupational Therapist for our Winchester Canal location. This position can also allow for *part time hours* and flexible scheduling,

The starting *compensation rate* for this position is *$40/hr* fluctuating w/ relative experience

Our facility in Canal Winchester is conveniently located off Route 33 and is easily accessible from the Columbus area. The therapy staff and interdisciplinary team strive to create a comprehensive care plan that is unique to each short-term, outpatient, or long-term patient. The therapy gym is spacious and equipped with all the tools that a therapist needs to provide the most effective treatment interventions. \*\*Responsibilities:\*\*

- Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals.

- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' fine motor skills, cognitive abilities, and activities of daily living.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

- Educate patients and their families on home exercises and adaptive techniques.

- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

\*\*Qualifications:\*\*

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

- Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

- Proficiency in medical terminology and patient service best practices.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.#HRP2

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
