Palmer Rd. , Bellefontaine, OH Requirements -Mary Rutan Health is looking for a locum OB/GYN to join their team from 3/27/25-3/31/25 for a 24-hour on call coverage!Job for hospital primarily OB call for Family Birth Center- This is OFF SITE- the provider must be within 30 minutes of the facility.Likely will not have emergent GYN casesReason for coverage: VacationCoverage dates: March 27 at 7:00 a.m. to March 31 at 7:00 a.m.24-hour call coverageOnly OB/GYN on call typical call is 1:3 for OB/GYNHospital staffs 44 beds med/surg ICU and birth centerAverage of one delivery per dayPhysician team includes 3 OB/GYNs and 1 GYNNo other OB/GYNs will provide coverage during locums datesOnsite lab availableOnsite ultrasound availableNot covering office visits support staff at hospital includes RNs RTs CRNAs anesthesiologist21 of patients require C-sectionsAverage of one nursery admission per dayNursery Level IDocumentation system: Meditech ExpanseRequired Obstetrics pregnancy management e.g. history of twins toxemia pyelonephritisHigh-risk pregnancy management e.g. toxemia diabetes chronic lung or renal disease Class II cardiacsOB ultrasounds - Performance of Level I/Screening ViabilityFetal heart rate interpretation - NST/CST/FSELabor and Delivery Required vaginal delivery low forceps decision-making for C-sectionComplicated deliveries - C-section breech multiple births abruptionsRepair of 3rd amp 4th-degree lacerationsGynecology Required gynecology - Open proceduresLaparoscopic diagnostic/minor procedures tubal ligation LOA's chromal tubationOperative/major procedures ectopic pregnancy ovary removal cystectomy extensive LOAsEstimated Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks for temporary privileges Schedule -24Hour, 24-hours on call Dates Needed - - -2025-03-27T00:00:00.000Z -- - - Alumni Healthcare Staffing offers:
