The Clinical Educator component of the role provides designated clinical unit(s) with educational support, including needs assessments. Provides standardized education in area of expertise as well as general education including but not limited to orientation, annual competency assessment, regulatory, accreditation and certification. Assists in the design of education based on educational standards, evidenced based practice and OhioHealth policy.
