MEDSURG EXPERIENCE REQUIREDONS CERTIFICATION PREFFERED ($)Staffing ratios - goal is 1:4, but can be 1:5--- Weekends - variable based on unit needs--- No set/blocked scheduling as that is not something we offer our permanent staff--- Self-schedule requests - you will enter your schedule requests so we can see your preferred schedule before balancing and posting the final schedule--- First week of orientation is Mon - Fri dayshift.
