  • Days 07-1900 Approved for VMS on 2/4/25
  • Contract length: 13 weeks.
    • Job Requirements
    • BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel.
    • ACLS certification required for RNs in CCU, ED, PACU, MICU, SICU.
    • License/Certificate Verification must be dated within 30 days of start.
    • Fit Test required before start.
    • Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen must be completed before start.
    • Trinity Code of Conduct Form must be signed and on file.
    • Trinity I9 must be completed by the agency.
    • Trinity Confidentiality of Patient and Proprietary Information Agreement must be signed and on file.
    • Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form must be completed.
