  • 2 years Minimum Experience Required
  • Accepts 1st time travelers
  • Scrubs not provided, Color: Navy Blue/White
  • Floating Requirements: May occasionally float to the James ED to assist with inpatient Med/Surg tele patients awaiting transfer to their acute care unit. Orientation to the area will be provided.

    • Skills Required: Telemetry, MS/TELE, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Starting IVs, PICC line management
      • Schedule Information
      • Contract Length: 13 weeks
        • Unit Specific Information
        • The Observation manages patients with anticipated short lengths of stays up to two midnights, at which point a disposition decision is made. The goal of James observation is to provide high quality, efficient care, without discharging or admitting patients prematurely.

          • Required if candidate is using a compact license from any state other than Ohio.
