• Certification Details
• 2 Years of Oncology Experience Preferred
• Certs: BCLS required
• AHA only - Instructor/Provider and RQI acceptable for ACLS, BLS, PALS
• ACLS, BLS, PALS can be renewed at the facility
• NURSYS Verification required for RNs, LPN/LVN, APs
• State License Verification required within 30 days of start
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement required annually

  • Special Procedures/Unit Details
  • Special Equipment: B450 monitors GE telemetry system, Bladder Scanner, Alaris pumps, Stryker beds
    • Job Requirements
    • 2 Years of Oncology Experience Preferred but not required
    • Certs: BCLS
    • Ratio: 1:4
    • Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity
    • Skills: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Accessing Ports, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, IV START, Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of ABGs

      • NO SET SCHEDULE, NO SET WEEKEND, NO BLOCK SCHEDULE
      • THE FACILITY DETERMINES THE COMPLETE SCHEDULE (COULD POSSIBLY END UP WORKING EVERY WEEKEND)

        • Special Procedures/Unit Details: Medical Oncology with progressive care beds, pediatric patients, NIH
        • Special Equipment: B450 monitors GE telemetry system, Bladder Scanner, Alaris pumps, Stryker beds
        • Unit-Specific Competency Exam Required
        • For all new contracts signed 9/6/24 and beyond: Dysrhythmia/EKG Exam required for ALL RNs WITHIN 1 YEAR OF START
        • EKG Remediation Course Assigning instructions provided if needed

          • Prefer candidates with previous travel experience
          • Residency Declaration Form required if candidate is using a compact license from any state other than Ohio
