Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage resource assignments and staffing levels for Customer
Success Managers, including recruitment
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through performance
evaluations and feedback
Participate in the development of a long-term vision for customer
experience and communicate it to the team
Required Qualifications
Experience in construction technology and AEC (Architecture,
Engineering, and Construction)
Knowledge of point cloud visualization, reality capture, and laser
scanning
Experience with SaaS sales and customer success in a leadership
role
Ability to manage multiple teams in remote and hybrid
environments
Familiarity with tools such as SFDC, Churnzero, and Power BI
