country, and we are seeking qualified candidates for a Sales
Manager position.

This is an ideal position for someone who wants to be a part of a
sales team in a growing successful company, interested in inside
Sales Management with limited travel, and have a Monday to Friday
work schedule where you never take work home!
Some of the things you will do as the Sales Manager
Responsible for leading the Account Managers to grow sales. This
includes building quarterly sales plans, and ensuring each account
manager has a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly focus. The
Sales Manager will lead by example, and on the best course of
action to take with each territory within their team. They will
also collaborate with other members of the Sales Management team on
yearly sales objectives.
Responsibilities:
Must have the confidence to have critical and confidential
conversations concerning performance, discipline, policy issues,
etc.
Coaching of Account Managers to grow their customer base by
penetrating each department, uncover customer needs/opportunities,
convert quotes and to assist with the improvement of verbal and
written discussion.
Empowering Account Managers on effective site visits; accompanying
them on initial visit to their territory, and additional visits as
needed.
Customer interaction - Spends time reaching out to customers and
share what is learned with appropriate Account Manager and ensure
proper follow up
Completes assigned reports accurately and on time
Create and maintain a professional work environment so team members
are motivated and challenged to perform at their highest levels
Maintains effective communication with departments outside of sales
including Accounting, Resource, Human Resources, Manufacturing and
Shipping.
Other functions as assigned to meet business/department needs

Office Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Hours worked will be on-site, in our offices either in Grove City
or Circleville, Ohio
Desired Major/Experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred. Communications, Marketing or English
majors are often successful in this position.
5 years Sales skills in a consultative selling or equivalent
environment
3 years of managing sales professionals
Qualifications
In addition to a college degree, the ideal candidate for this
position will possess/will be:
Ability to make independent decisions
Proven leadership skills
Ability and desire to develop and motivate a team
Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences
Excellent written/oral communication skills
Must have ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and
PowerPoint at a high level
Ability to work independently and as an effective team member
Demonstrate the ability to think both analytically and
creatively
Possess strong problem-solving skills
The ability to communicate confidently, clearly, and
effectively
Salary Level/Compensation
Base compensation: Based on experience.
