If you want to be part of tomorrow's health today, we want to hear from you.About The TeamAs a Sr. Product Manager on the EHR and Health System team, you will be at the forefront of our AI initiatives, driving the strategy and execution of innovative AI products that support integrated ePA. You will collaborate closely with a talented team of developers, data analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver transformative solutions that meet market demands and enhance our product offerings. Our EHR and Health System team is a dedicated group of cross-functional partners focused on advancing strategic initiatives within our integrated EHR space to drive adoption for our ePA solution. Together with our various business units, the work of our EHR and Health System Product team helps people get the medicine they need to live healthier lives.Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Craft and communicate a compelling vision and roadmap for AI products that align with company goals and market opportunities. Stay ahead of industry trends to anticipate and leverage emerging technologies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, data analysts, UX, our legal team, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless product development and delivery while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Product Discovery: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on product ideation and discovery for new product capabilities and features.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Prioritize features and manage backlogs effectively across our team.
• Market Analysis: Leverage market research and competitive analysis to identify user needs, market gaps, and potential product enhancements. Use insights to drive product decisions and improvements.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure our AI products deliver exceptional value and user experiences.
• Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to evaluate product performance. Utilize data-driven insights to iterate and optimize product offerings.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in the product development process and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in AI or related technology fields.
• Strong experience leveraging AI technologies, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making in developing products.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling product visions.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
• Experience working with engineering teams to develop technical solutions to complex problems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
